Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
In this month of July, a lot of people decide to go on vacation, to the beach, another city, visit their relatives in another country perhaps, or just simply spend some days out at an amusement park. All of these activities help us relieve the fatigue accumulated throughout the year, but we must not forget that our soul also needs to rest. A lot of people come back from vacation even more stressed and tired than when they left. This causes the return to daily activities to start out tiresome and in bad attitude, because while vacationing, the noise, the stress from the trip, the last minute details, all of this makes people even more tired.
We are a material reality because we have eyes, hands, face, a nose, etc., but we are also a spiritual reality. I invite you that wherever you may go, to seek a moment to invest on your spirit, looking for a church to pray or to live mass. La Importancia de un Descanso Spiritual
Queridos hermanos y hermanas en Cristo,
En este mes de Julio muchas personas decidieron ir a vacacionar, a alguna playa, otra ciudad, visitar a sus parientes en otro país, o simplemente pasar algunos días en un centro recreativo o parque de diversiones. Todas estas acciones nos ayudan a quitar el cansancio de la carga que se genera durante el año, pero no debemos olvidar que el alma también necesita descanso. Muchas personas llegan de vacaciones más cansadas que cuando se fueron. Esto provoca que el inicio de actividades sea cansado y de mal humor, porque en las vacaciones el ruido, el estrés del viaje, los imprevistos de última hora desgastan a las personas.
Somos una realidad material porque tenemos ojos, manos, cara, nariz, etc., pero también somos una realidad espiritual. Yo les invito que a donde quiera que vayan, busquen un momento para invertirlo en el espíritu, buscando alguna iglesia para hacer oración o para participar de la santa misa.
